But few know how to evaluate the opportunities; what questions to ask; or how to calculate potential ROI.

NOTE: I made a couple of minor edits to the spreadsheet after I finished the video. Of course, I originally created the spreadsheet as a personal tool–just for me. I never expected to be sharing it. After creating the video, I realized that there were a couple of things that I could do to make it easier for someone else to understand. The changes were not dramatic enough to warrant re-shooting the video.
